Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Session Zero's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

Session Zero provides music education services including but not limited to:

• One-on-one music production consultations
• Ableton Live training courses
• Sound design workshops
• Workflow optimization sessions

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required in advance for all services. We accept PayPal (Worldwide) and UPI (India). All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

4. Cancellation Policy

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee (50 percent).

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, audio files, project templates, and written content, are the intellectual property of Session Zero and are protected by copyright law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Session Zero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
