1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our education services. If you're not completely satisfied with your experience, we offer a satisfaction guarantee under the conditions outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:

  • If technical issues prevent session completion
  • If the instructor fails to show up for a scheduled session
  • If the service does not meet the described expectations (within 24 hours of the session and subject to review)

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at info@ayanmusic.xyz within the eligible timeframe
  2. Provide your booking reference and reason for the refund request
  3. We will review your request within 2 business days
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed course materials that have been downloaded
  • Sessions that were completed as scheduled
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session
  • Requests made more than 7 days after service completion

5. Partial Refunds

For multi-session packages, partial refunds may be available for unused sessions, calculated on a pro-rata basis minus any applicable fees.
